Well,
we are back in business after these last weird years, their pandemic
stuff and the hundreds of jobs I changed to survive, as many others did.
It's time to celebrate the reopening now though, so if you are planning to spend a few days in Venice, why don't you come and visit me, I will be delighted to welcome you to my house for your first visit or for the umpteenth time. I do love meeting new and old guests and spend the breakfast time chatting about everything while having a cup of coffee and enjoying the company of my guests coming from all over the world. I have been running this place for more than twenty two years and I will be very glad to give you any sort of tips and I will be pleased to answer to your questions and share with you any sort of helpful information. The B&B is located in a very nice neighbourhood - Santa Croce - with loads of restaurants where you will be able to enjoy the local cuisine while drinking a glass of good wine. A good location for having a great time and enjoying Venice away from the crowds. The house is within walking distance of S. Lucia rail station and Piazzale Roma bus station (if you are arriving from the airport). I was used to offer three guest rooms to my guests but just one guest room with ensuite is available at the moment: long story to tell... A second room will be added soon. BOOKINGS A minimum deposit of 1 night is required to confirm your reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer. The balance can then be only settled in cash, at the moment. CANCELLATIONS cancellation prior to 48hrs of arrival: deposits will be refunded if the room is re-let . cancellation within 48hrs of your booked arrival date: 100% charge for the full deposit if the room can not be re-let. non-arrivals: 100% charge for the full deposit PETS dogs are welcome and will find all our love and tenderness. no extra charges please remember to tell us if you wish to bring your furiend with you before booking a room. please note that it is forbidden to leave your dog alone at the bed and breakfast. |

We
decided to pay a tribute also to an italian actor we love very much,
Marcello Mastroianni (la dolce vita), giving you the possibility to
live again some moments and emotions of his pictures and go back
through the years... The room looks out on the courtyard of the church,
sunny and full of light it has an en-suite
bathroom with shower.
Plunged into a silent garden, will lead you to the peaceful side of the
city after a day spent crossing bridges, visiting museums, catching
boats... (the only one so far...) |
